Deposits for services are generally non-refundable, but exceptions may be made at our sole discretion under extenuating circumstances.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, but price changes will not affect confirmed bookings where payment has already been received.

All content on our online platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, recipe formulations, and culinary workshop materials, is the property of Highland Munch or its content suppliers and protected by international copyright laws. Reproduction, modification, distribution, or republication of any content from our site or services without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Highland Munch strives to provide high-quality services. However, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on our services; (iii) any content obtained from our services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
